Fishing and fish processing, as well as their sale is the main area of "Szkuner" Fishing Services Enterprise Ltd. activities.

"Szkuner" is the owner of six fishing boats: B-280, B-410 and B-403 types.

Fishing vessels fish in the waters of the Baltic Sea mainly for sprat, herring and cod. These own supplies are supplemented by purchasing fish from the owners of boats both based in the port of Wladyslawowo, as in other ports.

The location of the fish processing production in the port presents an undeniable advantage, since it enables the management of fish immediately after landing: transportation to the zero chambers for further processing and later sale as fresh or frozen, or alternatively cold storage.

Production halls with a total area of ​​4 190 m² are equipped with modern machines and equipment for fish processing, all of which enables full utilization of landed fish.

"Szkuner" is in possession of zero storage compartment for nearly 280 tonnes of fresh fish and owns a freezing device for freezing 80 tons of fish per day.

In 2008 a new cold storage was put in use, thus increasing the total area of ​​storage up to 2 000 tonnes.

The company is authorized to export its products to the EU market (EN 22111801 EC), and high product quality is guaranteed by the Quality Control HACCP and Food Safety Management System ISO 22 000: 2005.
